Sining Wang is a solicitor with Hall & Wilcox, practicing primarily in commercial dispute resolution and litigation. Sining heads the firm’s China Practice for commercial litigation matters.
Sining handles a wide range of litigious matters in Victorian and New South Wales courts, including: commercial contractual disputes, property disputes, corporations and insolvency disputes, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings, and other business-related disputes.
Sining was one of the youngest people to have been admitted to practice law in Victoria, having commenced his law degree at the University of Melbourne at the age of fifteen. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
Sining is a member of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association National Executive Committee.
