Billy is a solicitor at Dentons practising construction/ commercial litigation. Billy has a Bachelor of Law from Bond University and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2020.

Billy was born and raised in China and moved to Australia in 2017 after completing high school. He is passionate in dispute resolution and has acted for both private and government clients.

Billy is also keen on promoting cultural diversity in the legal profession. Prior to coming to Australia, Billy founded a community volunteer organisation that provides assistance to children in care facilities with intellectual disabilities and elderly individuals in nursing houses.
