Julie Moore is a commercial barrister with a broad practice in areas including insurance, negligence, professional indemnity, construction, contract, competition and consumer claims, and bankruptcy.

Julie’s experience includes the resolution of high level, high value construction and mining disputes conducted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and in arbitration, property damage claims caused by construction of adjoining commercial buildings, and various contractual disputes including insurance policies, restraints of trade, loan agreements and guarantees.

In addition to appearing as Counsel in all the various Courts and Tribunals throughout Western Australia, she is also experienced at using alternative forms of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation.
