Lola Chang currently serves as the Director of National Marketing & CPD Programs of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association. Previously, she had served as the National Marketing Coordinator in 2022. She practices in various areas of law, including Property, Family, Wills & Estates, and Commercial Law.

Through her lived experiences, Lola has developed a passion for promoting and celebrating diversity in all its forms. Her drive to promote these values has led her to volunteer in various organizations, where she has taken on a multitude of challenging roles. Lola strongly believes that everyone, regardless of their background, should be given equal opportunities to shine. This belief is what inspires and motivates her to create marketing materials that highlight the immense value of diversity both inside and outside the legal industry.
