Mitree is currently a Youth Lawyer at Hub Community Legal. He was admitted to the legal profession in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.

Mitree has an interest in criminal law and its related areas, having previously worked for the Parole Board Queensland and Prisoners’ Legal Service. Mitree is also a former Associate to his Honour Judge Allen KC of the District Court of Queensland.

Mitree is a second-generation Thai-Australian.
